All media content affects moods and attitudes. Is it such a stretch to
suggest that video games do the same? One need to merely watch people watching a movie or listening to music to see that their mood (and even sometimes their actions) are affected by the media content they are taking in. People laugh, cry, rant, smile, cheer, boo, etc. Are video games immune to this influence? I'm not, and have not, suggested that games should be banned or that they are to blame for anything. The criminal is to blame. Period. But to suggest that media (video games included) cannot have an impact on a person's mood and attitude is ridiculous.
